Zambia Citizens Watch is an independent online platform that tracks how the UPND government of Zambia is delivering on commitments made during the 2021 elections.
The platform forms part of the broader African Citizens Watch initiative, a multi-country promise-tracking tool designed to monitor how governments convert electoral pledges into policy actions and results.
In Zambia, the tracker follows 248 specific commitments covering five major areas: the economy, governance, corruption, social services and climate change.
AAAZ implements the project on the ground in collaboration with the Sivio Institute, supporting the maintenance of the tracker and civil society engagement.
