 Assignment Objective:

To lead the development of a gender-responsive
5-year Strategic Plan, complete with an implementation plan and
M&E framework, through a participatory process involving CSOs,
government ministries, and other stakeholders.

 

 Required Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of experience in
  strategic planning for NGOs/INGOs
• Master’s or PhD in Public
  Health, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Proven experience in the health
  and education sectors in Zambia
• Strong stakeholder engagement
  and participatory planning skills

 

 Submission Requirements:

• Technical and financial
  proposal
• CVs of all team members
• Methodology & timeline
• Samples of previous strategic
  plans
• 3 traceable references

 

 Scope Includes:
 Literature Review
 SWOT & PESTEL Analysis
Consultative Meetings &
Strategic Planning Workshop
Drafting and Finalization of the
Strategic Plan
Development of an M&E Framework

 

Deliverables Must Be Finalized
After Stakeholder Validation.
