Content Creation Meeting for the – My ID Project

The Alliance for Accountability Advocates Zambia (AAAZ), in collaboration with Diakonia, hosted a two-day Content Creation Meeting at the AAAZ offices in Lusaka. The meeting brought together key stakeholders to focus on enhancing the digital presence and communication strategies for the “My ID Project.” The main objective of the meeting was to ensure that content produced for the project effectively communicates its goals of improving access to National Registration Cards (NRCs), tackling corruption in the NRC issuance process, and fostering transparency in the system.

The meeting saw active participation from various offices, with each attendee contributing valuable insights on how to strengthen the messaging around the project’s advocacy, digital presence, and outreach. The session covered topics such as:
• Crafting compelling narratives for the project
• Creating visually engaging content for social media and Radio stations
• Discussing the challenges and solutions for improving NRC access
• Collaborating on effective ways to reach vulnerable groups, including youth, women, and
persons with disabilities
Outcome:
By the end of the two-day meeting, participants had developed a clear and cohesive content strategy for the “My ID Project.” Actionable content ideas were generated to raise awareness and promote the core values of the project. The meeting also facilitated stronger collaboration between stakeholders, ensuring that messaging on the project remains consistent and impactful across platforms.
